Experts recommend that school-age children receive at least 60 minutes of enjoyable, developmentally-appropriate physical activity each and every day. During extended durations of home-learning, please help your child meet these recommendations by guiding him/her/them to visit their GOOGLE CLASSROOM. The goal is to develop daily routines that promote lifelong fitness, stress reduction, and a healthy diet! Together, we can continue to foster the healthy development of your child!
